[7p-PB7-38] Magnetic coupling of Fe₃O₄/ spinel structural barrier/ Fe₃O₄

Recent studies have indicated that the spin polarization dramatically decreases at the surface/interface. In this study, we use Fe3O4 as both electrodes and spinel structural oxide as the barrier layer to fabricate full spinel MTJ, and first, we are establishing the technique to control parallel/anti-parallel state of Fe₃O₄ / spinel barrier / Fe₃O₄(001).
