Keywords:pure iron, cube orientation, tape

Since the material cost of iron is lower than that of nickel, YBCO superconducting tape using iron tape substrate can reduce material cost. From the viewpoint of reducing the cost of tape wires, we tried to fabricate {100} <001> orientation (Cube orientation) iron tape substrate for a substrate for superconducting tape by the RABiTS method. In this study, EBSD observation of the texture of pure iron fabricated by cold rolling and annealing was carried out.
