[7p-S43-14] Microstructures of YBa2Cu3Oy thin films via conductive Nb-doped SrTiO3 buffer layers
on textured Cu tapes

The YBCO layer and Nb-STO buffer layer were prepared on the cube-textured Cu tape without Ni plating. The surface morpgology and crystal alignment were evaluated, and the interface between cube-textured Cu tapes and Nb-STO buffer layers was mainly examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
