[8p-C18-3] Stability analysis of neuron circuits using VO₂ metal-insulator transition

Analogue neuron circuits often generate voltage spikes by using circuit instability. In this study, we focus on the recently studied neuron circuit using metal-insulator transition materials, and reveal the circuit instability is severely restricted by the transition time scale of the materials, indicating the design strategy of neuron circuits with material functionality.
