[14p-419-6] Magnetic Domain and Electronic structure of LaAlO3/CaTiO3 Interface Observed by Laser-excited Photoelectron Emission Microscopy

The ferromagnetism at interfaces between oxides which are non-magnets and insulators had been reported with the two dimensional metallic states. However, the origin had been discussed. In our study, we assumed the stoner criterion to explain the existence of the magnetism and have measured LaAlO3/CaTiO3 which satisfy easily the criterion compared to LaAlO3/SrTiO3. From the results, we will discuss the origin.
