[15a-422-12] Numerical analysis of supermode in array of the phase locked VCSEL array using Talbot effect

Vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) arrays has attracted attention due to its high output power by a two-dimensional array. In order to obtain a high quality beam from a VCSEL array, phase synchronization operation is necessary. Talbot effect is expected as the technique. In this study, the influence of intra-array super mode formed in Talbot-VCSEL is investigated by numerical analysis.
