[15a-P5-3] Preparation of the antimicrobial thin film using vacuum evaporation

In this work,Ag-zeolite doped SiO2 thin film deposited on glass substrate by vacuum evaporation. Its optical property and antibacterial activity were investigated transmittance spectra and antibacterial test,respectively. Optical transparency of the antimicrobial thin film was >90% in the visible region. The antibacterial effect of this thin film against E.Coli and S.aureus was confirmed.
