[15a-P5-3] Preparation of the antimicrobial thin film using vacuum evaporation

In this work,Ag-zeolite doped SiO₂ thin film deposited on glass substrate by vacuum evaporation. Its optical property and antibacterial activity were investigated transmittance spectra and antibacterial test,respectively. Optical transparency of the antimicrobial thin film was >90% in the visible region. The antibacterial effect of this thin film against E.Coli and S.aureus was confirmed.
