The electrospun nanofibers (NFs) of niobium dope TiO2 (TNO) are known to improve the carrier mobility as a carrier collector in the TiO2 mesoporous layer of dye sensitized solar cells. To prevent the carrier leakage from TNO-NFs, NFs with core-sheath structure in which TNO-NFs were covered by the sheath layer of TiO2 were prepared to reduce the counter reaction process.
