[15p-P3-24] Synthesis of MFe2O4(M=Ca,Mg) and evalution of photocatalytic activity by pn junction

We focus on the spinel structure as an environmental purification catalyst and synthesized CaFe2O4 and MgFe2O4 which can be from low cost materials such as iron, calcium and magnesium. We attempted dispersing them in an aqueous solution, and make pn junction to improve the photoactive performance. The malic acid method was used to obtain a homogeneous target substance. The acetic acid decomposition was performed under the simulated sunlight and it was revealed that the photoactivation performance was improved by pn junction.
