Neural network is an information processing model based on the human brain and has features such as self-composition function, self learning function, parallel distributed calculation function, robustness and the like. In this research, we have studied using hardware, assuming large scale neural network. Here, synapses using a GaSnO (GTO) thin film expected to be a novel oxide semiconductor in the future are made in the synapse, and it was confirmed that it can be used as a synapse.
