MoS2 have been attracting intense research interests. CVD-grown samples of MoS2, which are used in various experiments, have grain boundaries, which can alter their physical properties. In this work, we have focused on preparation of monolayer MoS2 crystals on hexagonal boron nitride and graphite substrate, which sample have two different types of the boundary structure. Interaction between MoS2 and substrates plays an important role in realizing the boundary structure. PL imaging have shown that the two different boundaries shows different contrast in images, which indicates difference in structure significantly alter the local electronic structure of the boundaries.
