Solid-state nanopore based sequencing device have been expected. However, it is necessary to realize the physical environment near a nanopore. Therefore, in this research, we focused on the interaction between nanopore and DNA. We use various diameter of pores and different types of DNA, and visualize the DNA motion near a nanopore by fluorescence microscopy.
