Perovskite-type transition metal oxides exhibit peculiar electronic properties. By introducing solid solution into the transition metal site, these properties are modified, while local structure around the substituted element and its valence state are less studied. In this presentation, we report EXAFS analysis and XANES data of LaM0.9M’0.1O3 (M, M’=Mn, Fe, Co) to investigate the local structure around M' and its valence state.
