We focused on autophagy and late endocytosis pathways in plasma gene transfection, and examined intracellular translocation of introduced genes by using three inhibitors as for Nocodazole, Chloroquine and LY-294 002. It is concluded that the molecular transport pathway after the late endosome and after autophagosome formation are almost same. It became clear that the stability of genes in cells is improved by inhibiting gene decomposition along with endocytosis and autophagy. The mechanism of intracellular molecular transport must be cleared. From now on.
