Transistors are amplification and switching elements currently used in most devices. In recent years, organic thin film transistors (OTFT) have been attracting attention as a flexible and low-cost device. The core of the OTFT is the organic semiconductor material, and it is roughly divided into low molecular type and high molecular type depending on the molecular size.We focused on organic semiconductors with a phenothiazine skeleton which is a low molecular weight material. On that day, we will report on fabrication and characterization of FET using this as active layer.
