We deposited Sn on the glass substrate, and annealed them at reductive atmosphere. By this method we got Sn nanospheres. By optimizing deposition conditions, we succeeded in making Sn nanospheres with 1000-3000 nm size. This size is particularly suitable for the templates for the transparent electrodes of the solar cells.
