Keywords:Borophene, superconductivity

Borophene is a two-dimensional layered material composed of boron. This material is expected to exhibit superconductivity, and it is also an important material for elucidation of the theory of 2D superconductors. However, there is no report that measurement of superconducting properties was actually carried out with respect to borophene. In this study, The structure and electronic state of borophene was measured, especially when a χ3 phase borophene having a high transition temperature was prepared and cooled to an extremely low temperature.
