A flexible interface for development of device simulation models is required to predict performances of emergence devices with new materials and/or structures. We implemented API for user defined models of the device simulation to 3D TCAD system. It allows users to implement their models by themselves instead of request to TCAD developers. They can independently implement models each other. Therefore, the present system high applicability for the foundation of join researches. For examples of the user-defined models, the snapback characteristics of SiC-JBS and the sensitivity of bio-sensors.
