We report the electronic conduction characteristics of SrVO3-based all-solid-state redox transistors with a Li4SiO4 Li+ ion conductor or Y-stabilized-ZrO2 H+ ion conductor.
Since both Li+ ion and H+ ion are monovalent cation, similar electronic carrier doping behavior was expected. However, the two devices showed different electronic conduction characteristic.
