Diamond is rich in surface modifying properties and is suitable for biosensor due to wide potential window. We have reported the electrical characteristics of diamond electrolyte solution gate FET (SGFET) which operates without gate insulation film in electrolyte solution so far. In this study, a stainless steel container (Vessel Gate) was substituded with a reference electrode (Ag / AgCl), in order to realize an all-Solid-Glassless pH sensor in place of a glass electrode. By using Vessel Gate, all-Solid-Glassless pH sensing becomes possible and application to the food industry etc. is expected.
