We observed the effect of electroosmosis by controlling the Vgate on the Au pore by fluorescence observation. The anisotropic flow was often observed, presumably caused by the pore shape. To investigate such flows, tilted pores were prepared. The tilted pores, eventually, generated the anisotropic DNA motions, especially in Au pore, i.e. the incoming directions parallel to the pore orientation.
