[19p-P2-3] Improvement of estimation method for physical properties of liquid using shear horizontal surface acoustic wave sensor response

Measurements of liquid properties in online systems are required for quality control. Liquid properties are estimated using the shear horizontal surface acoustic wave sensor responses. In our previous study, the bulk modulus of liquid was fixed at a constant value and the density and viscosity were varied. As the bulk modulus depends on the kinds and concentrations of liquids, the estimated results did not agree with literature values. In this study, simultaneous estimation method of density, viscosity, and bulk modulus are proposed. Compared with the previous results, the obtained results in this study are improved and almost agree with the literature values.
