Keywords:LSMO, Magnetic Anisotropy

La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 has much attention in an area of spintronics. The magnetic anisotropy of the LSMO epitaxial thin film is changed with the lattice distortion by the stress from the substrate. The anisotropy can be analyzed using the Planar-Hall-Effect (PHE). The PHE is a transverse electric field yielded by the angle between the magnetization M and the current I. The PHE of LSMO has been reported at room temperature but the analysis of the magnetic anisotropy has not been performed. In this study, the magnetic anisotropy of LSMO(100) epitaxial thin film was analyzed by the PHE at room temperature.
