[19p-P6-2] Heat-treatment effect of nickel films electroplated in microbubbles

Nickel films were prepared in Watt bath added with microbubbles, and their Vickers' hardnesses were measured in the as-deposited state and after annealing. Higher hardnesses were obtained by depositing the films in the presence of microbubbles. The hardness increased by annealing to films to temperatures up to 200oC. On the other hand, annealing at 300oC resulted in decrease of hardness.
