[20a-P5-2] Correlations between Piezoelectricity and Structure Parameters in Wurtzite Materials

We show a strong correlation between piezoelectric constants (e₃₃) and lattice constant ratios (c/a) in wurtzite materials using the first-principles and statistical analyses methods. We actually search for highly piezoelectric materials based on the relation, and discuss effects of strains and element substitutions in AlN and ZnO.
