[20p-B303-5] REELS measurement of negative electrode of Li-ion battery using Auger electron spectroscopy

In this study, electron energy loss spectroscopy (REELS) measurement of backscattered electrons was performed using Auger electron spectroscopy. We have already reported the measurement results of Li REELS in the compound.
So, as a next step, in this presentation we measured the electrode cross section of the actual Li ion battery in order to further application. As a result, from the analysis of the spectral image, it was possible to visualize the surface distribution of Li at the electrode surface.
