[18p-PA5-2] Improvement of magnetic anisotropy in (001) oriented Co_xFe_3-xO₄ thin film prepared by MOD method

近年、(001)配向したコバルトフェライト薄膜は、高い垂直磁気異方性を示すことが報告され、注目されている。以前、我々は、有機金属分解(MOD)法によりガラスおよびSi基板上にCo_xFe_3-xO₄（CFO）薄膜が特定の仮焼成条件で (001)配向することを報告した。今回は、MOD溶液を希釈し、CFO薄膜の膜厚を低下させ、より磁気異方性の大きな薄膜を作製し、その磁気特性などの評価を行った。
