[19p-E308-12] Bilayer graphene CVD growth using ethanol on Ga liquid surfaces in atmosphere pressure

Conventional graphene CVD methods require additional transferring from a catalytic metal substrate. Here, we present a fabrication methods of bilayer graphene directly growth on an insulated substrate by using Ga. Ga, a liquid metal, was dropped onto the substrate, and graphene was successfully grown on Ga surface and between substrate in ethanol vapor and nitrogen gas at 1000℃. After removing Ga, bilayer graphene was grown directly on the insulated substrate.
