小型かつ安価な細胞操作デバイスの実現のため，負の誘電泳動現象を利用した装置の開発に取り組んでいる．これまで，多重電極の各電極に印加した交流信号の大きさや位相を変化させ，電界の極小点を移動させる手法で細胞操作および細胞集団の分離操作を実現してきた．今回は，八重極電極のさらなる機能として異種細胞の分離操作実現を目指して，大きさの異なる樹脂粒子に働く泳動力を測定し分離操作の可能性について検討を行った．
