Dynamics of water containig biological tissue is important information of a biological activity of lives. The research is concerned with dynamic imaging of water distributed in a biological tissue by using near-infrared optical coherence tomography. We investigate evaporation processes of water in the compressed dry leaves, and demonstrated the the dynamics imaging of water caused by the evaporation of water distributed in compressed dry leaves by near-infrared OCT.
