Keywords:Metal nanoparticles, Localized surface plasmon, Surface lattice resonance

Recently, two-dimensionally aligned plasmon active metal nanoparticles which show surface lattice resonances have been received much attention because of the unique optical properties, such as the high efficient light confinement at the nanometer region, or flexible control of the light energy propagation over a relatively long range. In this research, we have tried to develop the highly light energy concentrated system on the hexagonal gold lattice structure using various technical methods.
