We develop dual-modal IR and Raman Fourier-transform spectroscopy that allows us simultaneous acquisition of broadband complementary vibrational spectra. As a proof of concept demonstration, we measure the complementary vibrational spectrum of liquid toluene covering a whole molecular fingerprint region.
