[20p-PA4-7] Saturation Absorption Spectroscopy of Zirconium Atom using Ti:Sapphire Laser Ⅱ

Ti and Zr atoms belong to Group 4 elements, have high melting points, and their oxides are very stable. Although isotope effects and Zeeman effects have been reported for Ti atoms, there are not so many spectra in the near infrared region for Zr atoms. n this experiment, the saturation absorption spectrum for the a 5 F 1 → z 5 F 1 transition is measured and the isotope effect is reported. We also analyze spectra for the a 5 F 3 → z 5 F 2 transition.
