[20p-PA4-8] Measurement of AX Electronic Transition Spectrum of Iodine Bromide using Stark Effect

We have measured A-X electronic transition spectrum for iodine bromide using a titanium-sapphire laser in order to determine the spectral constants.However, because it is difficult to measure the low J rotational spectrum, they are not taken into analyzing.Therefore, the spectra in the low rotational quantum number J are measured using the Stark effect to determine the constants.
