We attempted to control the molecular orientation of TIPS pentacene crystals by depositing TIPS pentacene / PS blend film on substrate which had reparented substrate. For the film formation method, ESD method with large area deposition and good material utilization efficiency was used. As a result, we successfully fabricated crystals with nearly uniform molecular orientation in the long side direction of the Al striped electrode.
