非共鳴２波長レーザー電場のみを用いた全光学的分子配向制御法について、直線偏光した基本波と楕円偏光した第２高調波を組み合わせる手法を提案し、その有効性を示す。10 ns程度のパルス幅をもつレーザー電場を用いても一般に配向のダイナミクスは非断熱的であるため、１次元的配向制御を効率的に実現するのに有効であるだけでなく、第２高調波が楕円偏光しているため、３次元的配向制御に自然な形で拡張できる。
