Graphite is a layered structure of carbon and expected as a next generation material for many applications such as device, battery and catalyst. These performances depend on the surface condition, so it is important to study the surface structure in detail. In This study, transferred graphite on gold substrate is irradiated by hydrogen plasma, and observed by Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS). At the plasma etched flake, D peak (1350 cm-1) from defects, G peak (1580 cm-1) from graphite, and also the peak around 1450 and 1530 cm-1 were detected. These peaks are called edge phonon assigned to the localized vibration of zigzag-edge or armchair-edge.
