In/Nb arrangement in Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3 can be tuned by thermal annealing. When the distribution of occupied In/Nb sites is random, it becomes relaxor. On the other hand, when the distribution is regular, it becomes antiferroelectric. In this talk, angle-resolved polarized Raman spectra of Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3 will be shown to investigate inhomogeneity and its thermal evolution.
