[10p-M121-4] Development of Sheet-type Thermoelectric Module for Energy Harvesting

A concept of thin and flexible "sheet-type thermoelectric module" was proposed. Prototype modules were fabricated, and it was demonstrated that the module generated sevral hundred micro watts of electrical power from heat. This thermoelectric module is suitable for power supply to low-power devices, because the module sturucture has high affinity for device manufacturing process.
