Graphene mechanical resonator (G - MR) is expected to be applied to high sensitivity mass / force sensor. In order to realize a high sensitivity sensor, it is a problem to increase the frequency by downsizing the G - MR. In this research, we examined the effect of miniaturization and tension change on a dual-supported beam G-MR.
