Left Ventricular Assist System (LVAS) is an artificial organ that assists hearts suffering from acute viral myocarditis and progressive heart failure. These patients attach LVAS until heart donor is found. However, LVAS causes thrombi and bubbles. These emboli cause Thrombosis. Bubbles are detected by thrombi with previous diagnostic method. In this study, we report a new method to discriminate from the change of the flow velocity of emboli using difference of solid and gas properties.
