[10p-PB2-3] Picosecond Terahertz Pulse Detection by Resonant Tunneling Diode

Current change under irradiation of a terahertz pulse, which generated by photoconductive antenna, was measured for a resonant tunneling diode. We succeeded in detection of picosecond terahertz pulse. It was found that the irradiation intensity dependence on the detection sensitivity greatly depends on the applied voltage.
