Since the influence of the photoinduced thermal effect on the resonance characteristics of MoS2 and h-BN mechanical resonators can not be ignored, suppression of this is a big problem. In this study, we investigated the driving method of cantilever beam MoS2 or h-BN mechanical resonator using electrostatic actuation method and photo induced thermal effect on resonance characteristics from the viewpoint of light intensity dependence.
