Keywords:thin film interface, layer structure, imaging

Functions of multilayered thin films are quite often dependent on the layered structres and interfaces. Neutron reflectivity is a promising method giving the structure of layered thin films non-destructively. Moreover the technique has now been equipped with imaging capability, leading to some promising solutions in the analysis of inhomogenous system. The present paper reports the latest instrumentation on the movable neutron reflectivity imager, which can be used at any neutron beamlines.
