[10p-W321-8] PID under dark condition and recovery by light soaking on CIGS solar cells

We have investigated the effect of light soaking, following PID stress under dark condition on CIGS solar cells. After a large decrease in Pmax by PID stressing, the Pmax completely recovered by light soaking. This indicates that PID testing of CIGS modules can require light soaking after PID stressing.
