Organic - inorganic perovskite solar cells that have appeared in recent years have been attracting much attention because they can be easily manufactured, are inexpensive, and the rapid increase in their power generation efficiency. However, the stability of the reaction layer is poor, which is a barrier to practical application. In this study, attention was paid to BaBiO 3 as an alternative material for the reaction layer, and investigation was made on the thin film manufacturing method.
