Analysis of the state of polarization for scattered light from bio-tissues can applied into diagnosis of precancerous lesion. We propose a novel cancer diagnosis technique using circularly-polarized light-emitting diodes, which is in-vivo, unstaining and non-invasive. In this study, we report the simulating results of the scattering path and polarization of circularly polarized light in bio-tissues using Monte Carlo methods.
