[11a-S421-3] Injection locking of resonant tunneling diode by narrow-band THz wave

Resonant tunneling diode (RTD) is small and low-cost CW terahertz (THz) wave source but it has large phase noise. In application of RTD to rader etc., spectral narrowing and phase control of RTD source is important. In this research, we investigated the injection locking of RTD by narrow-band THz wave that injection frequency coincides with RTD's center frequency.
