Organic electro-optic polymers are expected as highly efficient and broadband terahertz wave generation / detection materials. In this research, we aim to develop continuous wave terahertz detection devices and fabricated detection devices consisting of polymer waveguides and gold bowtie antennae. We also constructed a frequency-domain terahertz spectroscopy system for device evaluation.
