Piezoelectric thin-film energy harvesting tehnologies are expected to be the promising power sources for sensor nodes in IoT. In this talk, I will introduce the characteristic feature of piezoelectric MEMS and piezoelectric thin-film vibration energy harvesters based on our research activities.
